So what exactly does this plan do?

This plan ensures that you get a yearly preventative maintenance done to help you get ahead of problems. Let's think of it this way, you take your luxury car for yearly inspections and frequent oil changes, well why not invest the same type of care into your packaging machinery? On top of a preventative maintenance visit you will receive 10% off future services and parts for the duration of the contract for the machine of your choice. This can save you a lot of money.

Many know that our telephone support policies have changed. In order to avoid the charges we've added up to 100 minutes of technical support via telephone and video chat. Think you may need more? At the time of sign up you can add more at a discounted rate.

We want to give you the opportunity to get ahead of the problem instead of reacting to it as they come. Purchasing this service plan gets you a preventative maintenance, telephone support, and discounts on parts and services to help you save money!
