This year was our company’s first appearance at the International Baking Industry Expo. The atmosphere was filled with excitement, innovation, and the smell of fresh baked dough. Bakers from all over the world had access to see the new tools, resources, and technologies IBIE had to offer (The free treats were not bad either).
Here’s what set Delfin equipment a part:
Heavy Duty Depositors. While there are many different ways for dough depositing, Delfin equipment offers a selection of automated dough depositors for the depositing of cookies, muffins, macarons and many gluten free bread items. The machines are built to last with their robust design. The Mino (pictured below) is great for small bakeries and perfect for making Macarons. The Esla (pictured below) is a newly designed depositor great for high level production facilities.
Easy to clean. We understand that a successful business takes up a lot of time. Time is essential. Delfin depositors and packaging machines make cleaning easy to do so you can move on to the next project.
Most importantly, excellent service. Delfin is very experienced and have many dough depositors all over Europe using different applications. With Mainline here in California, it is easy for us to give you the technical support you need.
